pictures and comments to bore you good.

Went to work this morning, got to Tobacco Road just as the sun was coming over the horizon.

Another one of those endless streets that dip and curve.

Here is approaching Walmart over in South Carolina, you can see the cars in the parking lot way above where we are on the street.

When we came out of WalMart yesterday, we saw this huge smoke column over the City of Augusta and by its blackness we knew stuff was burning, not grass or woods. Turned out that one of the two flea markets in town caught fire and burned completely to the ground. It was a shock to the city as this flea market had been around for decades and was a very popular weekend thing to do for a lot of people.

A group of bicyclists going down Broad Street Sunday morning. Was on the way to church when I took this picture. That is our church on the right just ahead. Augusta seems to be popular with people who ride bikes as there are quite a few groups around regularly.

One of the many interesting features of Augusta to me is the numerous old street brick bridges.

Here is one of a couple of otters I saw on my walk in downtown Augusta.

Took these pictures today from our back porch of our neighbors' fancy "dryers".
